1. Sports Enhancement and Injury Prevention

In my personalised sports performance sessions, I assess your biomechanics to identify any movement dysfunctions affecting your performance. Whether you're a marathon runner, tennis player, or golfer, I tailor my approach to address your specific challenges, including scar tissue reduction. Together, we'll create a customised plan to alleviate discomfort, optimise your movement patterns, and train your fascial lines, ensuring you enhance your athletic abilities while minimising injury risks for peak performance.

2. Injury Rehabilitation

In my individualised injury sessions, I conduct thorough assessments of your biomechanics to pinpoint movement dysfunctions causing pain or limiting your recovery. Whether you're dealing with knee, hip, or back pain, my personalised approach addresses your specific challenges, including pre and post-operative care and support for post-cancer recovery. We will work together to reduce scar tissue, optimise your movement patterns, and develop a tailored plan that alleviates discomfort and promotes healing.

Hypopressives

Hypopressive exercises are vital for improving pelvic health by targeting the levator ani muscle, which supports pelvic organs, maintains continence, aids childbirth, enhances core stability, and impacts sexual function. Many women with pelvic floor dysfunction may tighten their glutes or ribs, increasing tension in the levator ani. Traditional Kegels can worsen this tension. In contrast, Hypopressive techniques use specific breathing and posture techniques to alleviate tension and engage the body’s lifting mechanisms, providing upward traction on pelvic organs. This reduces pressure and supports healing, making Hypopressive exercises important for pelvic floor recovery and overall well-being.
